Scott Van Hoff, Flood Insurance Liaison in FEMA Region X, joined us on January 7th for a webinar about Substantial Improvement and Substantial Damage (SI/SD) ordinance design. In the discussion, he shared common pitfalls as well as best practices for SI/SD and answered questions on topics ranging from stricter standards to funding access.
