Forerunner preserves ADA accessibility while processing PDFs - ensuring documents remain usable for teams relying on assistive technologies.

When files are uploaded, Forerunner sanitizes them to remove potentially harmful content while retaining key structural metadata like tags and reading order. This means users do not have to choose between security and accessibility - both are maintained automatically.

A few notes:

• Forerunner preserves existing accessibility features, but does not add them during processing. PDFs without accessibility metadata will remain unchanged.
• This update applies to all newly uploaded files in Forerunner. Teams with specific ADA requirements may want to re-upload original, tagged documents into Forerunner.

Forerunner is continuing to invest in making documents generated within Forerunner fully ADA accessible - extending accessibility from upload through to output.
