Forerunner’s  AI-Powered Letter Generation feature streamlines code compliance and creating violation letters — helping users communicate with residents faster and more efficiently.

Users can now generate customized letters directly from Forerunner’s geospatial dashboard by opening a record type, select “AI Action,” and choosing your desired template. Forerunner will automatically populate a letter with all required details on your municipality’s official letterhead.

Review, edit, and send — all without leaving the Forerunner application.
