Repetitive Loss

Forerunner makes it easy to securely manage your community's repetitive loss data and control visibility of sensitive data via Personal Identifiable Information permissions. Forerunner is able to import and geolocate your community's Repetitive Loss Data for your team to manage directly on properties in your account dashboard. Users with Personal Identifiable Information (PII) permissions can not only view both account-wide properties with Repetitive Loss and Severe Repetitive Loss warnings, but also view repetitive loss metadata details on an individual property. To import, a .csv of the data is needed in the format it is delivered from FEMA.

Forerunner has implemented several measures to ensure that sensitive data containing Personal Identifiable Information, such as Repetitive Loss Data, is secure and protected at all times by limiting visibility to only authorized users and limiting administrative management of the data. This data will also never be exposed on public-facing websites, under any circumstances.
