Once a letter is finalized, Forerunner handles the entire mailing process on your behalf, including printing, stuffing, postage, and delivery -- eliminating the need to manage physical supplies or visit the post office. Forerunner also standardizes addresses and uses professional print processes to ensure reliable delivery and a polished final product.

Each mailing is automatically recorded in a community's Forerunner dashboard, complete with comprehensive metadata - allowing teams to easily track what was sent, when it was sent, and to whom. This process supports robust audit preparation, enhances reporting capabilities, and improves follow-up with residents.
