Joe is Director of Planning, Transportation, and Community Services in Monmouth County, NJ, and is the Executive Director of NJAFM. Joe has extensive experience coordinating resources and support for municipalities through the Monmouth County CRS Municipal Assistance Program, which was founded in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. The program provides municipalities with hazard mitigation expertise, community planning, public outreach, and GIS mapping, leveraging efficiencies of scale to assist participating communities. In the webinar, Joe will share the lessons he has learned and more.
